Pork & Beef Meatloaf
1-1/2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef 1 lb. Ground Pork 1 med. Onion, diced 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard 2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper 1/2 cup Chili Sauce 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Croutons, finely crushed |
Mix all ingredients well and press into a 5x9" Loaf Pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Turn oven off and remove meatloaf. Glaze top with 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce or tomato sauce. Return to warm oven 10 min. Carve into 1/2" slices. Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Serves 6. |
